Before the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), I never spend much time in the kitchen. Most of the time, our meals are either ready-to-cook or restaurant take-outs. I must admit I never had a fully-stocked pantry and the only three things I consider staple: rice, cooking oil, and catsup. When the ECQ was implemented in Antipolo, I felt helpless. Food delivery choices were very limited and I don't have a quarantine pass in order to go to the grocery or the market. Looking for a solution, I checked out the Shopee Mart.
