Nissan GT Academy 2015 National Finals Top 6: Race To Silverstone UK



The Nissan GT Academy 2015 National Finals Top 6 were announced last night at The Atrium of SM Mall of Asia. The six deserving finalists are Luis Raphael Cachero, Joel Agojo, Terrence Aldrich Lallave, Daryl Brady, Jose Gerald Policarpio and Raphael Miru Lesaguis.




The Nissan GT Academy Philippine Edition was launched last March 25 and was participated by over 15,000 virtual racers from Metro Manila, Bacolod, Cebu, Davao and Cagayan de Oro. There were more than 30,000 trials held over the course of twenty live events during its three-month run.

The top twenty finalists underwent a series of challenges: driving, physical, mental and personality. The physical challenges tested the finalists' fitness level. They were made to hurdle tests such as sergeant jump, planking, push ups and bleep test. A driving challenge followed, with Mr. George Ramirez as the instructor.

The top twenty finalists are Francisco Adriano, Joel Agojo, Paolo Vittorio Alcance, Daryl Brady, Rabboni John Buenaventura, Luis Raphael Cachero, Kim Jiger Chong, Juan Carlos Eejay de Borja, Ramoncito de Luna, Rodolfo Faustino, Rio Halili, Richard Dean Jose, Jan Millard Lacuna, Terrence Aldrich Lallave, Raphael Miru Lesaguis, Luis Antonio Moreno, Cameron Jordan Padillo, Jose Gerald Policarpio, Mark Angelo Villamor and Michael Vincent Yap.

The Nissan GT Academy 2015 National Finals Top 6 will be flying to the Silverstone Race Circuit in UK this August. They will battle it out against each other and the other Asian representatives from Thailand, India, Japan and Indonesia.
