I have a dry lips and darker outer lips. The liquid lipstick is not that pigmented and slightly watery but it covered the dark part of my lips on the first layer. I tried applying it again after a couple of minutes and the color became more vibrant than the first layer. It is not smudge-proof and water-poof.
This type of lipstick is good for everyday use but you should apply it again and again since it can be easily be removed. But it leaves a stain on your lips, which is nice also if you don't want to re-apply it again.
Verdict? If you're a teenager and you want to start to learn to apply lip tints and liquid lipsticks, it's nice to try this kind of lippie. For working girls, you can also use this type of lippie if you want a natural color for your lips. For the price of P135, it is worth trying for.
