Enjoy your favorite food choices at the newly-launched Food Hall of SM City Sta Mesa

Monday, May 17

SM City Sta Mesa's Food Hall has a new look that will make dining more exciting. The new Food Hall located at the 4th floor cinema level offers more than just a dining experience. The ambiance exudes an elegant yet relaxing vibe which makes hanging out with friends or dining out alone enjoyable.

I frequent The SM City Sta Mesa (formerly SM Centerpoint) back in college and revisiting the second SM Supermall to open brought back many happy memories... especially when it comes to dining!

The Food Hall opened last May 15, 2021 with food stalls offering savory selections that will surely satisfy your cravings.

Restaurant choices include Mr. Kimbob, Lechon Belly Kitchen, Gorae Hotdog, Chops Avenue, Juice Co., Shilvy's Kakanin, House of Pizza & Pasta, Eva's Sushi, Yes Gulu!, Little Manila, and Adda's Desserts.

I had a gastronomic feast during my visit and here were some of the food I ate.

Lechon Belly Kitchen is a redeveloped concept of S.A.L.O. known for their signature dish Lechon Belly and other Filipino comfort food dishes that reminds us of Sunday family gathering.

Mr. Kimbob Korean BBQ gets you into the Korean craze with it's foodie favorite bowl of Korean Bibimbob topped with their signature Seoul Spice. There's also a variety of Korean BBQ hot plates, noodles, and rice meals to choose from.

Gorae Hotdog is a Korean favorite snack that offers wide variety hotdogs wrapped in a special dough recipe coated in crumbs and fried to perfection. You can level it up with fried noodles or potato coating.

Love takoyaki? Yes Gulu! is a must-try. Takoyaki choices include Classic, Pork Floss, Tuna Floss, Roe, Seaweeds, Spam-O-Yaki, and Crispy Takoyaki. They also have fruit tea series to quench your thirst.

Chops Avenue is Taiwan's best bite-sized chicken chops and fries. These ready-to-go munchies can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere.

And don't forget to grab hand-crafted healthy juice drinks from Juice Co. These refreshing drinks are made from locally sourced fruits and vegetables.

Soon to open at the SM City Sta Mesa Food Hall are Sizzling Plate and Little Manila.
