Coca-Cola Refresh Stations Now Open at LRT-1 Stations for Thirsty Commuters

Wednesday, September 3

If you’re one of the thousands of Filipinos who brave Metro Manila’s busy LRT-1 every day, here’s some refreshing news: Coca-Cola has opened new Refresh Stations at five key stations—Baclaran, EDSA, Blumentritt, Fernando Poe Jr., and Balintawak. Now, grabbing your favorite ice-cold drink on the go just got easier.

Quenching Thirst on the Daily Commute

Launched by Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP), the new kiosks make sure that commuters can cool down with a wide range of drinks during hectic rides and rush-hour commutes. From the classic Coca-Cola, Royal, and Sprite, to healthier choices like Wilkins, Minute Maid, Fuze Tea, and Nutriboost, there’s something for every kind of thirsty Pinoy on the go.

According to CCEAP Commercial Vice President Chris Pesigan, Coca-Cola is always looking for ways to adapt to consumer needs and make everyday life more enjoyable. By expanding to major transit hubs and high-traffic areas, the company hopes to deliver “refreshing moments to more people every day.”

Supporting Local Livelihoods

More than just selling drinks, the Coca-Cola Refresh Stations also create opportunities for local micro-retailers who help manage and operate the kiosks. Benjie Caberto, CCEAP General Trade Director, highlighted that their retail partners play a vital role in keeping the program alive—bringing Coca-Cola closer to commuters while also supporting Filipino livelihoods.

Expanding Accessibility Since 2023

Since the first launch in 2023, the Refresh Station program has continued to expand across different areas in the country. With affordable prices (SRP), it’s designed to serve Filipinos anytime, anywhere, making everyday commutes a little more refreshing.

Final Sip: Grab, Refresh, and Go!

Whether you’re rushing to work in the morning or heading home after a long day, Coca-Cola’s Refresh Stations are there to give you a quick pick-me-up. So next time you pass by Baclaran, EDSA, Blumentritt, Fernando Poe Jr., or Balintawak stations—don’t forget to Grab, Refresh, and Go! 🚇🥤
