The energy was off the charts as the Red Bull Half Court National Finals 2025 brought the heat to Parqal, Aseana City on October 25, uniting the country’s top 3x3 basketball talents from Davao, Cebu, and Manila plus wildcard teams for a one-day, winner-takes-all showdown.
This wasn’t just basketball. It was pure streetball culture come to life complete with high-flying dunks, thumping beats, and the fierce fighting spirit that defines Filipino hoops.
Streetball Meets Spectacle: A Celebration of Filipino Basketball
Hosted by the ever-energetic MC Pao Avila, the event wasn’t short on entertainment. The Philippine All Stars turned up the volume with an electrifying dance performance, while Stance Philippines rolled in their head-turning Street Car Showcase. Adding to the streetball flair, HoopJeep’s mobile court setup gave fans a front-row seat to the action.
Fans also joined in the fun with contests like the Dunk Competition, where creativity met vertical mastery, and the Two-Point Shootout, which had spectators roaring with every buzzer-beater.
Under Red Bull Half Court’s intense 12-second shot clock and “first to 21” rule, every second counted. With no room for hesitation, every possession became a battle of skill, hustle, and chemistry.
Taho Story Claims Men’s National Title with Defense and Heart
Taho Story fought their way through the men’s bracket, defeating Fit ’N’ Grind in a clutch 9–5 final to claim the Red Bull Half Court Men’s National Championship.
The team credited their defensive discipline and teamwork for the victory.
“Even if one of us makes a mistake, we motivate each other to stay focused,” shared one of the players.
Now bound for the World Finals in Dubai, the team expressed both pride and excitement to represent the Philippines on the international stage.
“It’s overwhelming for us to represent the country. This is a great opportunity to improve our 3x3 game,” they said.
They also left a message for Filipino fans:
“Keep supporting us—it motivates us to bring our A-game against the best in the world.”
Uratex Dream Dominates the Women’s Division
Over in the women’s bracket, Uratex Dream shined bright with an emphatic 22–8 victory over sister team Uratex Tibay, reclaiming their national crown and punching another ticket to Dubai.
For the team, chemistry and preparation made all the difference.
“You can see how well our training translated into our game. No slowing down, just keep working hard,” shared one player.
Having competed in last year’s Red Bull Half Court World Finals, the returning team is eager to make another run for the championship.
“We’re excited to represent the Philippines again. We’ll do our best to bring home the title.”
The players also encouraged fans to keep rallying behind women’s basketball as they gear up for the Dubai World Finals this November.

With the national titles secured, Taho Story and Uratex Dream are now set to face the world’s best 3x3 squads from 19 countries at the Red Bull Half Court World Final in Dubai from November 27 to 29, 2025.
