Available starting October 29, 2025, this mouthwatering creation combines the signature crunch and kick of the original McSpicy with a tangy-sweet honey mustard sauce that’s guaranteed to make you say, “Ang sarap, nakakakilig sa anghang!”
A Familiar Favorite with a Bold, Sweet Twist
The Honey Mustard McSpicy keeps everything fans love about the original crispy chicken fillet, juicy meat, and that fiery heat but swaps out the creamy mayo for a smooth amber-yellow honey mustard dressing. The result? A perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and zesty in every bite.
According to Ashley Santillan-Delgado, Marketing Director of McDonald’s Philippines, the new variant is designed to surprise and delight McSpicy fans.
“With the Honey Mustard McSpicy, we wanted to give fans something familiar yet refreshingly new keeping the spice they love while adding a sweet twist that makes every bite even more exciting,” she shared.

To celebrate this launch (and the return of the OG McSpicy!), McDonald’s also rolled out the McSpicy Hall of Flame, a digital wall of honor recognizing the most passionate McSpicy lovers.
