Beyond the food tasting, the Christmas celebration featured a special cooking demonstration by Chef Lau and Executive Pastry Chef Jac Laudico.
Chef Lau prepared a White Lasagna, a creamy dish that can be served during family reunions and holiday celebrations.
Chef Jac, meanwhile, presented Banana Q Pudding, a dessert inspired by the Filipino street-food favourite banana cue, transformed into a sweet addition to the Christmas table.
The demonstrations highlighted how festive dishes can also inspire home cooking. Guests were given a glimpse of recipes and techniques they could recreate in their own kitchens, bringing a little of the Guevarra’s dining experience into their holiday celebrations.
