On October 25, 2025, employees of Signify Philippines swapped their office desks for shovels and soil as they headed to Sitio Maysawa, Barangay Cuyambay in Tanay, Rizal. This area forms part of the Sierra Madre range, a critical forest system that covers a million hectares and stands as the country’s first line of defense during major storms.
With support from Green Media Events Company and various community partners, the group successfully planted 500 fruit-bearing seedlings. Each seedling serves as a step toward restoring forest cover, which has declined to a concerning 23 percent, based on recent studies.
