Where To Eat In Eastwood City: Serye Cafe Filipino

7/8/14

I find comfort in Filipino cuisine. It brings memories of meals shared with the family and Sunday lunches with our grandparents after hearing the Mass. Last Sunday, me and hubby had dinner at Serye Cafe Filipino in Eastwood, Libis. We were curious award-winning Boneless Crispy Pata.

So how good was it?

It was so worth the guilt I had to bring my Zumba friends for them to indulge.  An order costs PhP130/100g. You have to wait for 15 minutes but it's so worth the wait. We devoured a 650g boneless crispy pata.

My friend Francy was craving for sisig Monday night. As a treat for her remarkable pounds shed, we ordered this Pork Sisig with egg. This mouthwatering dish costs PhP284.

Another "must order" is the Camaron Rebosado. This is the best tasting Camaron I've tasted so far. An order will cost you PhP504.

We were seated right next to the counter where baked goodies are displayed.

I had their bestseller for dessert during my first visit -- Macapuno Pandan Cake. I love that it's not too sweet.

Cheat day was moved to Wednesday. No worries though, we're with our Zumba instructor ZIN Garnet.
