What Beauty Product To Try: Olay Regenerist Night Resurfacing Essence

I don't really have a complete beauty regimen. Well, I always try to start a regimen but then I get too lazy and eventually stop. I can only manage washing my face with soap or facial wash twice a day. Lately, I have noticed how tired-looking my skin has become. I know I need to religiously moisturize my face. This morning I have decided to be really serious with taking care of my skin. For whatever reason, I wanted to try an Olay Regimen.

I went to Watsons this morning and checked out the Olay products. I am particularly interested with the Regenerist line. Since this is my first time to use Olay, I only bought two products: Olay Regenerist Night Resurfacing Essence and Olay Total Effects Pore Minimizing CC Cream with Sunscreen (I'll post an entry about this tomorrow). I have yet to find out if my skin will react well to these products.

The promise:
Olay Regenerist regenerates skin's appearance without such drastic measures as chemical peels, cosmetic surgery or lasers. Clinical tests prove that amino-peptides help regenerate damaged skin. Now Olay Regenerist uses this technology to beautifully regenerate skin's appearance by renewing its outer layer, revealing newer skin. (www.olay.com.ph)
I already applied the Olay Regenerist Night Resurfacing Essence before I started this entry. I love that it doesn't feel heavy and sticky on my skin. I can't say yet about the effect. I'll blog about it after a week. I just hope my skin will not have any breakouts. With the price I paid for this product, I really have a high expectation.

Olay Regenerist Night Resurfacing Essence retail price is P1,599 (US$37).

Update: (Review 01 Sept 14)

It has been 19 days since I first used the Olay Regenerist Night Resurfacing Essence and I am really delighted with the effect on my skin. My problem with dry patches is gone. I've never been so satisfied with a skin product. I am now excited to try the other products in the Olay Regenerist line.

Will I buy again?
