Marikina takes pride in being one of the most bike-friendly cities in the Philippines. SM City Marikina has always been supportive of the local government's programs and when it comes to the biking communities, the comfort and convenience of bikers are also prioritized.

SM City Marikina welcomes every bicycle rider with BIKERS' LOUNGE as a safe space to cool down and relax before entering the mall area. A compartment is also available for a quick change of clothing. This designated section is situated beside the Bicycle Parking Area at the Upper Carpark Level.

The mall celebrated National Bicycle Day last November 27, 2021. The event highlighted its bike-centric programs such as  Free Bicycle Parking, Free Bicycle Repair Stand, 3-kilometer Bicycle Lane, and a designated cubicle for bikers in rest rooms.

To encourage shoppers to bring their bicycles, SM City Marikina also allows folded bicycles inside the mall premises.

Dining is also very convenient with the customized Bike & Dine section at the canopy area. The new outdoor dining concept offers safe dining to everyone. Its major attraction are bicycles that can charge your mobile gadgets by pedalling. Also in the dining space are upcycled chairs and tables made from bikes.

Since 2012, SM City Marikina have been implementing and developing bicycle programs for the conveniece of the cycling sector. Meanwhile, the mall is a Gold Awardee of Bicycle Friendly Establishment from Mobility Awards 2020. Previous bike-centric campaigns include Pedal Faculty, Bikecation, Padyakan, Jitensha and Cambio del Independencia.
