The iconic OPM band returns with a new anthem and a full-length set on October 18 at SMDC Festival Grounds
OPM royalty is taking center stage once again! The legendary Eraserheads are set to perform their newest track, “Get This Love Thing Down,” for the first time ever at the Eraserheads: Electric Fun Music Festival, happening on October 18, 2025, at the SMDC Festival Grounds.
The highly anticipated track was first teased during the end credits of Eraserheads: Combo On The Run, the hit 2025 film that opened in nearly 200 cinemas across the country. The accompanying documentary recently made waves on the global stage by becoming the first Filipino film and music documentary to be screened at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC).
“This song captures where we are now—emotionally, musically, and spiritually,” said Ely Buendia, the band’s frontman and principal songwriter. “We’ve all grown so much individually, and this track reflects how we’ve evolved together.”

The live debut of “Get This Love Thing Down” will be one of the biggest highlights of the band’s two-hour headlining set, packed with Eraserheads classics, fan favorites, and deep cuts that have defined generations.
