Another blood extraction day today at Makati Medical means another famished day for me. I was not allowed any food and drink intake by midnight last night. The earlier I get my blood extracted, the better. Traffic is not bad because it's a Saturday. I arrived a little past eight and after 10 minutes, I'm already allowed to indulge!!
I have nothing particular in mind for breakfast. While driving along Pioneer, my husband spotted a Tapa King restaurant. Jackpot. Suddenly, I want a Tapa Queen! I can't remember when was the last time I had this mouthwatering tapa.
I was really surprised with the wide variety of food choices from the menu. For the longest time, all I know from their menu are the Tapa King, Tapa Queen and Tapa Prince. I discovered they also have champorado and danggit, Red Egg Salad, Spicy Tuyo, Pork Chop, Crispy Liempo and even Sinigang. I wanna try everything but I really miss Tapa Queen - my favorite!
