New Year Appetizer

Somebody from my aerodance group brought Dynamite for our Christmas Party. No, not the explosive. I'm talking about the finger chilis stuffed with cheese and ground pork. I googled for the ingredients and recreated in my kitchen. I'm thinking of serving Dynamite on New Year's Eve. 




I bought 200 grams of ground pork and sauteed in garlic, onion and pepper. I removed the seeds of the chili and stuffed the cheese sticks and ground pork.




I wrapped in lumpia wrapper before frying to keep the filling intact. I'm curious if it's possible to coat this tempura style.
