I was at Starbucks this afternoon escaping the summer heat with my sister. Out of the blue I told her it has been quite some time since I've won in any contest. Then I remembered I have an April 14 PCSO lottery ticket in my wallet. I checked the winning combination from PCSO website and voila! I've got 4 numbers!!!
