I was never the dress-type of girl. My mom never forced me to wear cutesy little dress and skirt. I've own more pair of jeans in my wardrobe than my husband does. I actually can do denim everyday and here are my reasons:
It never goes out of style.
It's fashionable no matter what time of the year. I've got denim shorts for summer, denim jacket when it's windy, denim top when I'm in the mood to go denim on denim, and of course denim jeans for whenever I want to wear one.
It's comfortable.
Aside from blogging, I'm into photography. Commuting is such a challenge and beating the traffic to arrive on time requires "ninja skills". I also need the freedom to move just to take a perfect shot. You'll find me squatting on the floor or standing on a chair and a comfortable pair of denim allows me to do the things I want with perfection.
It's easy to mix and match.
It can look great on almost anything. Aren't you amazed how a single pair of denim can create a different style depending on what top you pair it with? You can look casual in the morning and elegant at night with just the same pair of denim.
It's durable.
How old is your favorite pair of denim? I've got one which I believe is now a decade old. It's a bit faded and yet the distressed look makes it fashionable.

When a denim goes on sale, how can you resist? It's not as if your buying something that's two seasons old and people will know. Back to my first reason, it never goes out of style!
