The first-ever Drive-Thru Pet Blessing was held at the SM City Taytay Pet Park today. More than 150 pets were brought by their owners in a simple blessing ceremony officiated by Rev. Fr. Mario Operario. In order to strictly comply with the safety measures implemented by the local government, the pet owners and their pets were only allowed to stay inside their vehicles.
The Drive-Thru Pet Blessing took place on October 3. This event also celebrates the 3rd anniversary of SM City Taytay's Pet Park and the World Animal Day.
The participants were given a blessing certificate and a pawsome loot bag filled with pet treats and essentials from nutriChunks. The loot bag contains 1kg Lamb dog food, 1kg Maintenance dog food, 1kg Beef + chicken Liver dog food, and 1 pouch Protect Plus Gold disinfectant powder.
In spite of the pandemic, SM City Taytay continues to make our beloved pets and their pet owners have a safe malling experience.
