Maersk Filipinas Crewing Inc. (MFCI) is looking for Chief Engineers, 2nd Engineers, Chief Officers, and Electrical Engineers. As they embark on the next phase of their unrivalled new build programme, they will need to recruit the very best. As part of their efforts of looking for the best candidates on the said areas, MFCI will be holding job fairs in the country.
CHIEF ENGINEER:
- 6 months experience as C/E on Container Vessels
- General knowledge in administration and implementation of planned maintenance system
- Good knowledge of class and classification surveys
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance of ship's propulsion, main and auxiliary engines
- Knowledgeable in written and spoken English
- With UMS Vessel experience
- With B&W or Sulzer Main Engine Exp.
2nd ENGINEER:
- 6 months of sea time experience as 2/E on Container Vessels of any Dry Cargo vessels trading worldwide
- General knowledge in administration and implementation of planned maintenance system
- Good knowledge of class and classification surveys
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance of ship's propulsion, main and auxiliary engines
- Knowledgeable in written and spoken English
- With UMS Vessel experience
- With B&W or Sulzer Main Engine Exp.
- 12 months sea time experience as Chief Officer on container vessels trading worldwide
- Minimum of 2,000 TEUS
- Knowledgeable in written and spoken English
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:
- 1 year experience as Electrician / Electrical Engineer on Container Vessels
- REE / RME License
- Minimum 250 reefer experience on board
- Knowledgeable in written and spoken English
